This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1195 days in filing the above Review Application against the order of this Court made in W.A(MD)No.255 of 2020, dated 28.04.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners/Review Applicants and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.This Court finds that in the affidavit filed in support of the Condone delay petition filed to condone the delay of 1195 days in filing the above Review Application does not contain satisfactory reason. Hence the Petition to condone the delay is dismissed. Consequently, Review Application at SR stage stands dismissed. No costs.
