Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent in Proc.No.P25/5/ 12517463/ADK/58 dated 09.05.2018 and the subsequent proceedings issued by the second respondent in Ou.Mu.No.2050/A4/2018 dated 28.05.2018 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to restore the Selection Grade scale of pay in favour of the petitioner granted in the post of Junior Assistant as per the proceedings of fourth respondent in Proc.Mu.Mu.No./303/A1/2002 dated 30.01.2002 and grant all the terminal benefits including pension.
