This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and take necessary action against the petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
