This Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to set aside the dismissal order, dated 19.03.2025 and restore the appeals in Crl.A. (MD)Nos.324 of 2021 and permit the appellant to proceed with these appeals.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.It is evident from the records that the petitioner's earlier applications in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.11712 & 11713 of 2025, to condone the delay of 105 days in filing the restoration petitions were allowed on 14.10.2025. The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed seeking restoration of the appeals in Crl.A(MD)Nos.265 & 324 of 2021, which was dismissed for default on 19.03.2025. 4.Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to restore the appeals on file and list the matter on 21.11.2025.
