ORDER

The petitioner, a Correspondent of Krishna International School, has availed a loan from the second respondent/Finance Company to purchase school buses and vans for the purpose of providing transport to the school children. Since there was a default in payment of loan amount, the vehicles have been taken over by the second respondent. Thereafter, the second respondent has approached the first respondent and submitted an application for transfer of repossessed vehicles in their name. On the application filed by the second respondent, the first respondent has issued Form-37 dated 11.07.2023, which is challenged in this writ petition.

2. This Court, while entertaining this writ petition, has granted an order of interim stay and also referred the matter for mediation. 2/5

3. Today, when the matter is listed before this Court, the learned counsel on either side submit that in the mediation, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties on certain terms and conditions.

4. A Mediation Report dated 27.11.2023 sent by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, has been received, wherein it is stated as follows:- "Mediation Completed. Agreement enclosed."

5. As per the Mediation report dated 27.11.2023, the petitioner as well as the respondents have arrived at a settlement and it was reduced into writing. The terms and conditions of the agreement has been duly signed by the parties.

6. In view of the fact that the petitioner as well as the respondents have entered into a settlement, in terms of the settlement arrived at 3/5

between the parties, which is recorded by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, in its Report dated 27.11.2023, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The Settlement Agreement and the report of the Mediation Centre shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
