ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.224 of 2021 pending on the file of III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, to be transferred to Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District. 1/3

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife, due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner/wife is residing with her parents at Uthamapalayam and she finds it difficult to travel to Madurai for attending every hearing.

3. Though the respondent has been served, he has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, H.M.O.P.No.224 of 2021 pending on the file of the III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, is hereby withdrawn and transferred the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District.

5. With the above observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
