ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members and those who are helping the petitioner without any valid reason except under due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner and the third respondent have entered into a sale agreement; that in pursuance of the sale agreement, the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.50 lakhs and refused to execute a sale deed and on that basis, the third respondent has lodged the complaint and enquiry is pending in current paper.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the dispute is purely civil in nature, the second respondent, without any intimation, has entered into the petitioner's house and harassed the petitioner, who is a senior citizen.

4. As rightly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, even as per the complaint given by the third respondent, the dispute is civil in nature.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that they have already decided to close the matter. 6.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
