Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENINKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent and Mr.A.V.ARUN, Advocate for the Respondents No.2 to 5, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 to 6 in Crl.OP(MD)No.10108 of 2024 dated 18.07.2024.

The ground on which the cancellation of application filed is that by an order dated 18.07.2024 in Crl.OP(MD)No.10108 of 2024, while enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail, the condition was imposed to report before the respondent daily for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. According to the Defacto complainant, they did not report before the respondent police and therefore, for violation of conditions, the anticipatory bail has to be cancelled.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that A-2, A-4 to 6 complied with the condition fully for a period of four weeks. As far as A-1 and A-3 are concerned, they did not sign for a period of three days and four days respectively. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that only on a medical ground, since they were not well, they did not sign.

4. In that view of the matter, when all the petitioners have complied with the conditions, no ground is made out to cancel the anticipatory bail granted.
