ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to transfer G.W.O.P.No.200 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family court, Sivagangai, Madurai district to the Family Court, Madurai.

2. It is noted that the petitioner had also filed Tr.C.M.P(MD)No. 354 of 2022 to transfer H.M.O.P.No.39 of 2020 pending on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, Madurai to the Family Court, Madurai. The said application has been allowed by this Court vide order, dated 19.09.2022.

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to transfer G.W.O.P.No.200 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Sivagangai, Madurai District to the Family Court, Madurai and to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.39 of 2022, which is pending before the Family Court, Madurai.

4. The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
