ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 140(1), 103(1) of BNS and 3 of 1/3

TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.318 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction from the respondent police, submitted that the petitioner was arrested.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
