ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 365, 342, 457, 380 IPC, in Crime No.96 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 03.07.2022, the defacto complainant was riding his two wheeler and stopped it on the roadside, for natural call. At that time, the accused persons threatened him to give money, by showing knife and took a sum of Rs.1,200/- from his pocket and also kidnapped the defacto complainant in his car and also dropped him at some unidentified place and also threatened him to give his house key and locker key. Therefore, the defacto complainant gave his house key and the accused persons kept him under their custody. The accused persons also stolen the gold jewels and money from his house. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.17547 of 2022 3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that a false case was foisted against the petitioner. This petitioner is implicated in this case, as per the confession of co-accused. He is noway connected with the offence. Hence, prays to release him on anticipatory bail.
4. On the side of prosecution, it is stated that petitioner is having 4 similar kind of previous cases at his credit and also considering the gravity of offence, prayed to dismiss the petition. 5.Considering the nature of the case and the bad antecedents of the petitioner and the overt act attributed against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
