PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.1 & 2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not known on the file of the respondent, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it is purely a civil dispute between the parties and when they were appearing before the Enquiry Officer on 22.01.2022, pressure was made upon them to partition the property.

No.18952 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a complaint given by stating that the petitioners forged the finger prints of the father of the defacto complainant. 4.Since serious allegation has been made against the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arise, they shall work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
