ORDER
The petitioners are accused 1 to 3 in Crime No.403 of 2025, on the file of the second respondent Police. The said case was registered for the offence under Sections 296(b), 351 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (POA) Act. Therefore, the petitioners have filed this petition, seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge (PCR), Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act Case, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur to consider their bail application on the same day of their surrender.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners 1 & 2 were running a Trust, namely ''Nirai Mani'' Trust. With a false promise to give high returns for the deposited amount, the petitioners have collected a sum of Rs.75,000/- from the defacto complainant and failed to adhere their promise. When the defacto complainant questioned the 2/4
same, they have abused him by degrading his caste time. Hence, this case.
