PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.510 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal regard to this petitioners. O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.510 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal regard to this petitioners.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that during the course of enquiry, it was found that the petitioner is not involved in the crime, his name was deleted and a deletion report is also filed before the concerned Court on 15.10.2015 itself. Notice was also issued to the defacto complainant, seeking his objection over the deletion. He has also appeared before the respondent and gave statement that he is not interested in pursuing this matter.
