This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings passed by the respondent under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. 2.This writ petition is not maintainable for the simple reason that if any order is passed under Section 87 of the Act, the petitioner's remedy is to file an appeal under Section 152 of the Act before the Tribunal. 3.In this view of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate appeal before the concerned Tribunal.
