O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.906 of 2018 from the file of the second respondent police to any other independent agency and to file a final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the investigation in Crime No.906 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and filed a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.
