O R D E R

The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 02.09.2021 passed by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit 2/4

that the second respondent has sent the letter dated 02.09.2021 to the Bank of Baroda, Rajapalayam Branch to freeze the account maintained by the writ petitioner alleging some issues, that subsequently, as per the order, the account was freezed and that the writ petitioner's period has got expired and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the prayer claimed in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
