ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 1/3

01.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 109, 302 and 392 of IPC, in Crime No.210 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found a white colour mahindra Xylo XUV500 Car bearing Reg.No.KL 01 CE 7911 with a male dead body aged about 45 years with deep injuries on his right side of the neck. On enquiry, he came to know that the petitioner was also involved in the above said occurrence. Hence, the complaint.

Considering the nature of the allegations that it is the murder of gain and considering the allegation against this petitioner that he aided the murder by supplying surgical knife as well as the chloroform and gloves, and considering the fact that the investigation is yet to be completed, for the present, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
