O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.296 of 2017, dated 29.08.2017 on the file of the respondent under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of IPC within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.296/2017, under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of IPC against the petitioner, but, so far no final report has been filed before the concerned jurisdiction Court. At this stage, the petitioner is present before this Court.

3.Mr.K.Suyambulingabharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation shall be completed within a week and the final report shall be submitted before the concerned jurisdiction Court at an earliest.

directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.296 of 2017 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdiction Court, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
