The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent Panchayat has attempted to connect the sewage water pipeline with the agriculture channel, which is leading to Thenoor Kanmoi submitted a representation and filed this writ petition that his representation has not been considered by the respondents.

2.Mr.P.Subburaj, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the third respondent submits that the Panchayat is not having any such proposal to connect any sewage line with the agriculture line and this petitioner's apprehension is unwarranted. 2/5

3.This Court considered the rival submissions made. 4.The petitioner with an apprehension that the respondent Panchayat has attempted to connect the sewage water pipeline with the agriculture channel submitted a representation in the year 2020 and it appears that no such act has been committed by the third respondent and they undertake that they will not do so. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
