2.Even though the respondent has been served, none appears on behalf of him and his name is also printed in the cause list. 3.Since it is a matter of the year 2017, let a report be called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.I), Madurai as to the stage of the proceedings in S.T.C.No.727 of 2017 pending on his file.
