PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of MANDAMUS, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2025 and consequently ensure the collection of "Thalaikattu Vari" from the petitioner and similarly placed villagers and devotees of Arulmigu Sri Aagasamuthukali Amman Temple situated at R.S.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District,.for the "Aadi Festival" scheduled to commence from 08.08.2025 without any form of excommunication, exclusion or discrimination by the respondents 5 and 9 or their associates and to ensure that such collection and related activities are carried out under the supervision of the appropriate authorities. ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2025 with regard to the collection of "Thalaikattu Vari" from the petitioner and similarly placed villagers and devotees of Arulmigu 2/6
Sri Aagasamuthukali Amman Temple situated at R.S.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District,.for the "Aadi Festival" scheduled to commence from 08.08.2025 without any form of excommunication, exclusion or discrimination by the respondents 5 and 9 or their associates.

This Court without expressing any opinion on the issue raised by the petitioner directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival parties, if any. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
