ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.1 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent police by considering the petitioner representation dated 24.07.2024 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's brother, FIR came to be registered in Crime No. 1 of 2023 on 01.01.2023 for the alleged offences under Sections 279 and 337 IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have examined 10 witnesses and investigation is pending and seeks one month time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete 2/4

the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2023 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
