ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give a police protection for the petitioner's life and limb based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 19.08.2024.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a suit for specific performance in pursuance of the sale agreement entered into with the respondents 4 to 6, that subsequently filed another suit claiming the relief of declaration, permanent injunction and mandatory injunction and that the fourth respondent, by suppressing the same, has obtained order from this Court for survey and forcibly taken possession.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6 would submit that the suits are pending and the possession was not at all handed over to the petitioner at any point of time.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner as well as the petitioner's wife have preferred complaints and the same are pending for enquiry.
5. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
