ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime no.356 of 2023 on the file of 1st respondent police and Quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathram and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.441 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above S.T.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
