Heard Mr.S.Veerapandi Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the first and third respondents and Mr.R.Sundar Srinivasan, learned counsel who takes notice for the second respondent.

2. It is represented by all the learned counsels that the vehicle namely JCB with Registration No.TN 31 BT 3552 is now in the possession of the second respondent. The petitioner will have to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.21338 of 2021 work out his remedies with the second respondent for return of the vehicle in manner known to law.
