ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to return the Petitioner's original driving bearing TN6019890000533 forthwith.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 09.09.2022 and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st Respondent submits that an order was passed on 09.09.2022, whereby, the Petitioner's licence was suspended for a period from 13.09.2022 to 12.12.2022 (3Months and 29 Days). In view of the subsequent development, the above prayer has now become infructuous.
4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 09.09.2022 in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
