O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.4 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same in respect of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent Police has completed the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2021 and filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.

3. On 18.03.2024, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" today. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
