When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.1440 of 2023 and the same is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Tirunelveli.
