ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner only seeks expeditious disposal of the revision pending before the first respondent filed by the third respondent and pending for the first respondent.

3. The said writ petition was filed in July 2018. The learned counsel before this Court are unable to affirm the status of the said revision petition.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dispose of, with a direction to the first respondent to hear the revision of the 3rd respondent, after giving an opportunity to the third respondent as well as the petitioner and dispose of the same, if already not disposed of, within a 2/4

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
