This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.24 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022 on the file of the first Respondent police.

When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first Respondent police would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed before the Special Court for POCSO offences, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
