ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent

police for the offences punishable under sections 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by one Manikandan, enquiry is pending before the respondent police. In that complaint, it has been stated that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- for doing carpentering work. Thereafter, did not repay the same. When it was demanded, he was criminally intimidated. 3.Let the petitioner appear before respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry. Let the enquiry process be completed by the respondent police, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
