ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's daughter, Prabadevi, born on 25.10.2005 and now aged about 17 years, went missing from his house from 18.08.2023, the petitioner had given a complaint before the second respondent, which was registered in Crime No.173/2023 dated 19.08.2023 under the caption "girl missing". In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, the petitioner's daughter, Prabadevi, had returned to the petitioner's house on 24.08.2023 itself. According to her statements given before the second respondent Police, she had some misunderstanding with her parents, owing to which, she left her parents' house and was residing in her father's brother's house at Chennai.

3. The petitioner and his daughter were present before this Court. We had spoken with the minor girl, who expressed that she intends to reconcile with her parents and live with them and also continue her education. In the light of these developments, no further orders are required in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
