ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a grievance that the second appeal filed by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, before the first respondent has not been considered so far.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with the first respondent and it would be disposed of within a reasonable time. 3.This writ petition is allowed with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's second appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
