This petition has been filed to to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner for appear enquiry before the Family Welfare Committee based on the representation made by the petitioner on 08.07.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the case in Crime Nos.417 and 418 of 2018 and completed the investigation and also filed a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.Nos.223 of 2018 and C.C.No.230 of 2018 respectively on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi District. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
