O R D E R

The present Habeus Corpus Petition had been filed by the petitioner complaining that her daughter who was born on 05.11.2003 had been found missing on and from 17.08.2024.

2. The petitioner suspected that her daughter would have gone away with the third respondent/ son of the sister -in- law of the petitioner.

3. The detenue got admission in B.E (EEE) in a college but she did not join the course. In this connection, a complaint had been lodged and First Information Report had been registered for the offence under Section 5(l) r/w. 6 of POCSO Act. The respondents were able to secure the girl.

4. We enquired with the girl and she stated that she would go to a home where she stayed. We also enquired with petitioner who was present in the Court.

5. In view of the nature of representation made, the girl who had been secured has been handed over to the Superintendent, One Stop Centre, Government Hospital at Theni District.

6. In view of the fact that the daughter of the petitioner had been secured, this Habeus Corpus Petition had been closed as no further order is required to be passed..
