Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondent to dispose of the Appeal pending before him for including all the legal heirs of deceased V.Ramanatha Pillai in the Legal Heir Certificate and to issue it properly on the basis of enquiry report submitted by the Subordinates of the Respondent and the petitioners representation sent to the Respondent on 06.01.2021 to be considered within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honble Court and pass any further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
