This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to complete the process of investigation and file a final report in Crime No. 610 of 2021 within a stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 1/4

2.The present case was registered in Crime No.610 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 341, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 5 of Arms Act, 1959.

3.The respondent is present before this Court and CD file produced. Except the complaint and FIR, it appears that sofar no investigation has commenced.

4.The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file final report.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
