ORDER

The petitioner is none other than the daughter of the fourth respondent, who is an erstwhile employee of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent for producing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.21657 of 2021 false date of birth certificate and obtaining employment and retirement benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the fourth respondent, who served in the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, was retired from service on 30.06.2017. The petitioner, who is the daughter of first wife of the erstwhile employee, now approached the respondents to redress her personal vendetta as against the fourth respondent. The petitioner, who has not agitated the issue for the past four years, is now raising the issue after the retirement.

3. Since, it is a personal dispute between the daughter and father, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
