ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 380 IPC in Crime No.402 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, (ie., 02.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case the petitioner was arrested and released on station bail by the respondent police on 20.10.2020 and it was taken on file as C.C No.181 of 2020 and he was directed to appear before the learned Magistrate on 18.11.2021. He would further submit that the learned Magistrate directed the petitioner to execute a bond for the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties and posted the matter on 25.11.2021. Since the petitioner has not appeared on 25.11.2021 and not furnished the sureties, as directed, the learned Magistrate issued NBW against the petitioner.
