The petitioner, a senior citizen has filed this writ petition in the year 2018 to consider his representation. This representation has been made for grant of individual patta to this petitioner. 2.Though notice was ordered to the respondents on 29.10.2018, the respondents have not filed any response so far. Even today, the learned Additional Government Pleader is not equipped with papers.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh application within a period of two weeks 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the required documents. The respondent shall take a decision after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned within a period of twelve weeks from thereon.
