Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondents to consider and cancel the punishment of one stage reduction in Basic Pay permanently and Suspension period is treated is as petitioner own eligible leave in the representation dated 18.06.2025 as mentioned in the 15th wage settlement for relaxing the extend time for appeal petition to the respondent Corporation, within a stipulated time fixed by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondents to consider and cancel the punishment of one stage reduction in Basic Pay permanently and Suspension period is treated is as petitioner own eligible leave in the representation dated 18.06.2025 as mentioned in the 15th wage settlement for relaxing the extend time for appeal petition to the respondent Corporation.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 18.06.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
