Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. Issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner had filed G.W.O.P.No.69 of 2024 on the file of the District Judge, Thoothukudi for appointing her as guardian for the minor child. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the same.

4. Though in normal circumstances I would not issue any direction for speedy disposal, Guardianship OP. may require a different approach altogether. The petitioner got married to the respondent on 18.10.2020. On 20.08.2021, the child was born. He is now 3 years old. The relationship between the parties has come under strain. Since the child is still 3 years old and he is physically under the custody of the husband, the petitioner was constrained to file G.W.O.P.No.69 of 2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had earlier moved HCP and that she was called upon to file GWOP.

5. The next hearing date is 05.11.2024. Considering the special facts and circumstances of this case, the Court below is directed to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.69 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
