...2nd Respondent/Defacto Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Orginal Petition is filed under section 482 Criminal Procedure Code to pass any order or direction directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District to dispose of the case in S.C.No. 89/2019 on the file within a time frame as specified or stipulated by this Hon`ble court forthwith in relation to Cr.No.186/14 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Criminal Orginal Petition coming on for orders on this day and under the caption " for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this court dated 02/12/2021, and requisition letter submitted by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District vide letter in D.No.928/2022 Sessions cases, dated 06/05/2022 this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.89 of 2019. 2.This Court, by order, dated 02.12.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of S.C.No.89 of 2019 within a period of five months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). NO.18979 OF 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below seeks further one month time to dispose of the said case. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.89 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
