The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.400 of 2021 dated 31.01.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / IV Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai.

2. Despite receipt of notice, the respondents 3 and 4 failed to enter into appearance.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
