The petitioner is running a school. He gave a complaint before the second respondent alleging the criminal trespass by a group of people. Trespass is said to be have been captured in the CCTV camera also. The petitioner undertakes to hand over the CCTV footage to the second respondent on 07.12.2021 itself. The second respondent shall take action on merits and in accordance with law and not simply keep the petition pending. The enquiry shall be concluded within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
