This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.326 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

2. The defacto complainant and the victim are present before me. They have been duly identified by Thiru.G.Marichamy, SSI of Police attached to Thilagar Thidal Police Station, Madurai. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that they have no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18921 of 2021 also filed a joint compromise memo dated 26.11.2021. It shall form part of this order. The impugned proceedings are quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
