This writ petitioner who has earlier filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.20796 of 2024 for the same relief has got an order just a few days ago i.e., on 02.09.2024, has moved this writ petition couched in a different fashion. The petitioner has deliberately misused the jurisdiction of the Court. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
