Ms. No.528, dated 18 May 1985 and the Judgment of this Court in W.A (MD) No.253 of 2017 dated 14.07.2017 and Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation Limited represented by its Managing Director and Others Vs. S.Purushothaman and 33 others reported in 2011 Writ L.R. 161 within the time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has already circulated a letter dated 23.12.2022, to the Registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the letter sent for withdrawal, permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
