(Judgment of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The original writ petitioner has passed away. He had filed W.P(MD)No.3607 of 2018. The said writ petition was disposed of by calling upon the writ petitioner to give an undertaking and thereafter vacate. Aggrieved by the said direction, this Writ Appeal came to be filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the temple submitted that the legal heir of the deceased appellant, namely, Madhusudhanan is running the shops in question and he is also promptly paying the rents. At present there is no dispute between the tenant and the temple management. 3.Recording this development, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
